BBA#24 Exit Trip

Dear BBA#24 Students,

The BBA International Program will host “BBA#24 Exit Trip” for ALL BBA#24, including those who have graduated in the first semester of 2018. The objective of the trip is to provide an opportunity for BBA students to understand the concept of social enterprises and sustainability.  Doi Tung Royal Project offers great learning experience of how the business can live together with community and environment while aiming to earn sufficient amount of profit for self sustainability.  The earned profit then will be redistributed back to society through Mae Fa Luang Foundation.  Students will also learn how local tribes live with urban people and how local knowledge is applied to modern wisdom.  The closed waste management system is also explored to resuscitate the concept of Reduce, Reuse and Recycle.  Last but not least, we will explore how the Royal Family contributes to turn around once an Opium field into a lucrative Coffee and Macademia plantation.  More details can be found in an attached itinerary.
