Once again, BBA Thammasat has proven that we do not only have excellent academic performance, but also with other aspects as well. This year it’s our turn to be a host for annual sports event among Thammasat University International program. The competition was held for a week during March, 17th – 22nd, 2008. The main objective of the event was to strengthen relationships between those faculty. This year, there were the biggest number of participants ever, we want to thank you BE (Bachelors of Economics), BAS (British American Studies), BEC (Business English Communications), BJM (Bachelors of art program in Journalism: Mass Media), SIIT (Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology), TEP(Thammasat English program of Engineering), IBMP (Integrated bachelors and masters program), and of course, BBA International program for witnessed this event together both at Tha prachan campus and Rugnsit campus. This year, the event consisted of 6 sports, which are Basketball, Futsal, Chairball, Obstacle Race, Tug of war and 11 legs race. Moreover, we also have another special prized called “Best of Interdome”, the award is given to the faculty that got the most scores combined from all the sports competition.
For basketball, Chairball, and Futsal, there were first round, semi-final round, and final round. The first and semi-final round was held during the week organizing at both Tha Prachan campus and Rungsit Campus. For the final round and the other sports were organized on March 22nd, 2008 at Tha Prachan campus only starting from 7.00am until late night. In the evening, we had Interdome party at “Lan-Dome”. We had fun having dinner together, enjoy the live band from each faculty, watching “Mr. and Miss Interdome competition”, and also awarding ceremony for each of the sports competition.

The Interdome highlighted how united and cooperative BBA undergraduates were. Their strong support was reflected in the fact that most of them actively participated in all fields of sports. Moreover, their teamwork and sports performance were also appreciated and recognized throughout the campus, resulting in the following ranks:
Basketball Male: 3rd rank
Basketball Female: 1st rank
Futsal: 4th rank
Chairball : 1st rank
Obstace race: 1st rank
Tug of war: 4th rank
11 legs race: 1st rank
And most importantly: Best of Interdome award!!!!
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you to all BBA International Program who support us for all the events. Moreover, thank you to the organizing committee for organizing a great success Interdome this year. And we will see you all again next year!!!
