| Dear Star Search Participants,
Thank you for attending the briefing session this afternoon. Here is a recap.
1. If you are interested to participate star search 2018, please apply at http://goo.gl/YrMh2x by Thursday, January 11, 2018 (noon).
2. There will be two sessions - Morning and Afternoon. Please specify your prefered session.
3. Cases will be sent out at 5 p.m on Thursday, January 11, 2018.
4. Final Presentation slot will be posted on Friday, January 12, 2018.
5. Participants for the morning session must register in room 213 by 8:30 am and Participants for the afternoon session must register at room 213 at Noon on Sunday, January 14, 2018. You would be called and notify of the presentation room when the judges are ready.
6. Should you need to leave the holding room 213 for any reason pleas notify the staffs. Otherwise when your name is called and you cannot be found, we will skip your turn and you will be placed at end of queue.
7. All participants must prepare a powerpoint presentation in a portable drive ready to load on to the presentation PC. You are given 3 mins to set up.
8. Presentation time is 10 mins followed by a 5 mins Q&A. You will be asked to stop presenting after 10 mins regardless if you finished your presentation.
9. In the event that you do not get the case as per above time slot, please notify us via the TU BBA Case Club Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/groups/TUBBACaseClub/) immediately.
10. Results will be announced about a week from star search date.
11. Should you decide to change your mind about your participation this year. Please send your request to withdraw to bbaactivity@tbs.tu.ac.th by noon of 12nd January.
