On March 13, 2012, Siemens has kindly visited BBA Thammasat to provide an information session about Siemens Commercial Apprenticeship Program Asia Pacific (CAPAP).
Siemens CAPAP is a full-time trainee program for young talents to become key players in commercial functions in Siemens Ltd Thailand. The program lasts 9 months with 2 cycles of theoretical phase and practical phase. During theoretical phase, all trainees from Asia Pacific region will be trained together, both in Thailand and overseas.

In June, during the 1st theoretical phase, various areas will be taught to trainees. The topics that will be taught are accounting and controlling, risk and internal control, procurement, legal aspects, information technology, and human resources. In the 2nd theoretical phase, the training class will be held around November. At this phase, trainees will be taught about quality management, pre-sales activities, and project management. Not only are these topics be taught, Siemens also provides training session for soft-skill, e.g. presentation, problem solving, decision making, and etc. During the practical phase, trainees will work at Siemens Ltd in their own countries.
This program is surely a good opportunity for those who are seeking for challenges and growth in career path as you would be trained in several areas and always be in an eye of Siemens top managements.
Many thanks to Siemens, BBA alumni, and BBA office for bringing us this great opportunity.
