As typical, BBA Thammasat provided us another good experience. On February 27, Singaporean recruitment company, Mpower Consultancy was invited to Tha Prachan campus for a purpose of introducing career opportunities available in Singapore. This was beneficial for the entire students especially seniors who are entering into the real business world.

At first we have to confess that we had very little knowledge on this company as well as the job opportunities in Singapore. However Mr. Sunny Lim, their Business Development Manager, has enlightened us that there are plenty of jobs available there. He announced that Mpower is now seeking for a bunch of intellectual and motivated students who are interested in three and six months jobs in a wide variety of business areas ranged from worldwide hotels/restaurants chains to local IT companies with potential permanent employment. The only difference between three and six month program is about costs associated. In addition to wages provided, Mpower would absorb other basic living costs occurred during the period for six-month program including accommodation, utilities, as well as aircraft ticket. Yet, the flight ticket would not be included in three-month program. However, we could say that this opportunity is not about how much we have to pay or receive, but it is about opportunities and experiences that could not be found easily somewhere else as living and learning on our own would rarely happen by staying in Thailand, Moreover the company also makes sure that students who attend the program would be filled in their desired area, so those individuals could fully experience in their interested business aspect.
All of us feel appreciated about this opportunity and would like to say thank you to Mr. Lim who devoted his time for us, and of course to the BBA program who always bring the bests for their students.
